PAYMENT OPTIONS Deborah Chapin accepts the following forms of payment for online purchases: Visa, MasterCard and Discover via the Paypal Express Transaction process Paypal. You can also use your Paypal account. The transactions will be charged to your credit card or Paypal account in advance of commencing your custom order.

Your payment and personal information are always safe. Our secure sockets layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. We do not hold your data nor do we have any of your information on our site, all data is held by your credit card company or your Paypal account. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name and address so that it cannot be read over the internet.
All domestic orders are shipped via priority USPS, Express USPS or Fed-Ex. You will be contact via e-mail with a tracking number when your order is shipped. Your Order will be made in order of receipt please be sure to write any special requests and due dates in the Notes while ordering or more than likely it will be missed. I have daily inquiries for orders of all kinds and I can’t possibly be expected to remember it all so ultimately it is what is on the order that gets done. If it isn’t on the order then more than likely it will be missed. Also note that there is usually at least one week’s work for others in front of you. If you have a known deadline the only guaranteed way for an arrival date is to pay the $100 rush fee. If you are on a short timeline please email me asap and we’ll make arrangements to rush your order.

Returns
Gallery.DeborahChapin.com ships originals for free to you. A return authorization is required before returning. There is a restocking fee of $150 for small medium paintings and $350 for larger work. If you feel the merchandise you received has been damaged, please contact the shipper. All work is fully insured through transit. Commissions and giclees are not returnable. This website is located in Maine and is governed by the laws of Maine and only the State of Maine as this is the sole location of this business by purchasing here and other DeborahChapin websites you are agreeing to the terms of service herein as well as the terms of service using the Paypal service. You are expected to familiarize yourself with the processes to which you are agreeing before purchasing and ignorance is not a defense under the law.
