This is a Collectible Print, Landscape Painting, entitled “Wooded Cove” by Deborah Chapin.   I am offering this as a custom canvas print. Perfect for Rustic or Country Décor,  The original was a 16 by 34 plein air oil painting.   The “Wooded Cove” depicts the gathering of geese at the tail end of summer in the wetlands.  This piece is part of the plein air series I did with wetlands and wildlife over a 10 year period. This is a custom made canvas print on archival canvas in permanent pigment inks. Other prints on the market are printed in dyes which are fugitive and will fade in time or change colors in 2-3 years. Non archival surfaces have acids in them which cause them to yellow and crumble. It is important for the longevity of your heirloom piece to pick archival prints in permanent pigment inks. It is well worth the price. This piece was exhibited and sold at the SEWE ( Southeastern Wildlife Exhibition in Charleston SC)..

canvas prints can be ordered in stretched canvas, mounted on a board or un-mounted. Shipping for stretched canvas and mounted canvases require boxing. unmounted (un-stretched) canvas can be shipped in a roll. I can also do framing just DM me to find out possible options. Printing and shipping packaging times vary depending on what you order. Printing and shipping unframed and unmounted just involve the printing and so turn around is the shortest. framing once selected can take 2-3 weeks. plus printing and mounting time.

About the Landscape Wetland and Water Paintings:

I painted 10 years in the Blackwater wildlife Refuge. I had continuous showings of these works each year as well as work from other locations.  In painting over 300 original oil paintings which included wetland grasses, birds of all types, and landscapes.  These pieces are elegant and yet the subject matter lends itself well to a rustic décor or country décor for the living room, dining room or lodge.  Add an antique chair or table and watch them both shine.
