This Week in Maine, I'm starting my VELP-ME project, I am filming in UHD and 4K video, it was necessary. I am still working out the kinks... I'll be adding to this video later on this week, or add clips to the collection. the film below can be watched in full screen version and is available to view here on my site. This will evolve as we get things set up. Enjoy.
I planned for the rollers which did come but then I didn't plan for the fog... ah well the best laid plans of mice and women.... I apologize for the clicking sound that’s the camera trying to focus in the fog next time I'll do manual focus see how well that works.#mainemarineart #deborahchapin#pemaquidpoint #VELPme#seaandsurf #searollers #maine_igers#maineisgorgeous #coastalmaine
April brought the first sign up for a workshop in color this summer, The studio build continued with gravel and stone work and the painting of the studio walls began. I also joined the PAPME and the Damariscotta River Arts which I am hoping to reve up to speed my painting projects in the Month of May. We’ve had some late winter snows slowing down the outside progress of thaw but Spring will go fast. The work load is daunting but I know that the end results will be worth it.
